Add video playback on linux desktop/phones

Feature Description

If a recognizable video file is received, pushing the play button actually plays the video instead of downloading it.

Rationale

It is already added in the ios client (although sometimes broken from what I have experienced). Adding a linux video player should not be a huge problem compared to the huge task that making this great app surely has been.
