Volunteer should be able to enter the expenses after logging in . The Form should include 1. Item 2.Expense description 3.Amount 4.Date 5. Upload Scanned bill (PDF only) 6. Flag (Whether to display it in the website) 6.Name of the volunteer (Should be pre-populated as information can be obtained from the login id ) 7. Type of Expense (Scholorship proj, Library Proj , General expenses
