The model Buildings.DHC.Plants.Combined.Examples.AllElectricCWStorage works locally with OMC 1.23.0, but fails on travis.
The local simulation has a large log file due to

Non-Linear Solver try to handle a problem with a called assert.
Division by zero roughness / diameter in function context
Division by zero roughness / diameter in function context
Division by zero roughness / diameter in function context
Homotopy solver total pivot: Matrix (nearly) singular at initialization.
Continuing anyway. For more information please use -lv LOG_NLS_V.
under-determined linear system not solvable!

although it recovers and simulates to the end. This issue is to see what causes these problems.

This issue persists with OpenModelica 1.25.0~dev-68-g61a4aba

With OpenModelica 1.25.0~dev-157-g7a05431, this model (from master, a8b0409) now fails with

AllElectricCWStorage_functions.c:26303: Invalid root: (0)^(-1.5)
simulation terminated by an assertion at initialization

but there is no such file (it probably has been split into multiple files for compilation):
