Import does not complete. The "IMPORTING" never stops (ran overnight) and only 53 of the 298 listings imported. Those imported did NOT "Import new and update existing" even though the IMPORT AND UPDATE dropdown was selected.

Additionally, NEW categories were created rather than update the existing. i.e. United States 2 was created rather than just adding to the existing United States category.

Also, multiple copies of the same logo were added to the Media Library rather than pointing to the existing logo.

As a paid Add-On, we expect it to work correctly.

What are the options to fix this?

Sorry for the inconvenience, could you please tell me which PHP version are you using? also do you use latest version of the add-On ?

PHP 7.3 and using the latest version of the add-on. I have deactivated the plugin and add-ons and deleted them from the system. They simply did not work.
