As the screenshot shows, in the JSP files, only the fourth suggestion is correct and a real need for users, but the first three from Liferay are incorrect.
The wrong behavior happens in both Java Class and Liferay Class.
The analysis of the Liferay IntelliJ Plugin should be more precise, otherwise, the users may be confused.

Btw, the action "Import class" show always be the top/first, because this showing means IntelliJ already find out the class information from the current classpath.
