What SPIFFS size for 1M flash ?

To support OTA you need to have same size of your firmware size to allow the copy so :
(SPIFFS) < 1M - 2 * size(sketch)

So if FW is 375Kb => 1M - 2*375 = 250Kb > SPIFFS so 192Kb SPIFFS should be OK
