Error: No Connection, while upload big gcode files.

Hi, I'm trying to set up a wifi module for an 3d printer, obvious. I'm using a BIGTREETECH MKR 2, with a BIGTREETECH WIFI Module (ESP-07S). I'm using Marlin 2.1.1, and ESP3D v.2.1.

Everything works fine but when I try to upload a file larger than 100KB, I get this error: Not Connection.

Does anyone know where the problem could be? I've been trying to see the logs, but I can't find where.
