Currently the docs on the site dont have an index page. Create an index page to introduce the app and provide links to sections

#69 adds this page. https://www.marionettejs.com/docs

Gonna leave this open as I think we need a better intro. @samccone @jasonLaster @jmeas @thejameskyle what do you think should go in here?
