Feature Request: add webhook

Describe the feature

I would like to request the addition of webhook support in the Maybe accounting app. This feature would allow users to automatically send data from the app to external services via HTTP callbacks, enabling seamless integration with other tools and services.

Why is this feature important?

This feature is important for users who want to automate their accounting workflows. For instance, I often log my transactions using iPhone Shortcuts and send this data to a database using a webhook. Currently, I cannot integrate the Maybe app directly into this workflow, which limits the efficiency and automation of my financial tracking. By adding webhook support, users could easily sync their data with various services, enhancing the flexibility and utility of the app.

Webhook functionality is increasingly common in many apps and services, and it would be a valuable addition to Maybe. This feature would allow users to connect with services like Zapier, Integromat, and custom databases, greatly expanding the app’s usability and appeal.

Since we're a ways out from this, I'm going to close this and track all "API" related requests in #630 (webhooks would likely be part of an API) as a way to consolidate things.
