Feature Request: Income Splitting

Describe the feature

A way to move money from one bank account to other accounts automatically either on a specific day or when the balance of one particular account increases. This would look like choosing an "income" account to move money from and then the various percentages/amounts for each account where the money would go.

Why is this feature important?

This automates what's called "envelope budgeting" simply and easily for saving money for a purpose like needs vs wants, investing, etc., and keeping that money separate from other accounts.
