An option to mark transactions as cleared

Why is this feature important?

It is good to know when a transaction has been verified with bank account; especially when inputting them manually. It'll let the user know that the info was imputed correctly or not and makes sure their account is 100% accurate.

Good idea. Would be nice to have a "bank reconciliation" system with some automatic tagging (similar operations, matched operation...).
