Ability to delete/close an account

When people add test accounts, there should be a way to delete the account.
In real world scenarios, sometime people close a bank account and move the account to a different bank. In these cases, transactions are required for past history, but they need to be hidden from the dashboard view.

Yep, definitely. I'm thinking a "soft delete" is probably the way to go here for the majority of use cases. A true delete will still be possible, but probably will require a special UI flow with more guardrails for the user.
