Adjust delay between taps

I'm not sure if this is something your app could adjust, but a gripe I have with running Windows on my Pixelbook (2017) (maybe the same on ChromeOS), is that if I move the cursor, tap/click, then try to move the cursor again, if it's too fast in between clicking and moving again, the cursor freezes up and I have to wait, like, a whole second before trying to tap again. It gets very annoying because I tend to be quick when I'm clicking around and if I'm fast about it it just freezes the cursor, kind of like how some Synaptics touchpads freeze the cursor while you're typing.

Any help is appreciated. ^_^
