estou com erro ao usando o comando megacmd ante funcionava , de repente parou de funcionar ele conectar porem quando usar comando backup aparece erro status > failed, alguem ja passou por esse problema

I have an error when using the megacmd command before it worked, suddenly it stopped working it connects but when using the backup command the error status > failed appears, has anyone experienced this problem
