Goal:

  • Build a substream to track solana staking Stake11111111111111111111111111111111111111
  • Have data for each stake_account (active_stake and votekey and inactive_stake)
  • From there we can get total active stake and nakamoto coefficient

No need to make snapshots in the substream.
