Similar to #1430 and metal3-io/ironic-image#529 we need soon to add support for Centos 10 Stream hosts.

as for #1430 I'm happy to take this, also considering that I'm already working on migrating ironic-image to CS10
please consider that CS10 is not officially out yet, so this has a lower priority than the ubuntu noble one

CS10 is now generally available https://blog.centos.org/2024/12/introducing-centos-stream-10/
ironic upstream CI is still based on CS9 and AFAIK there is no will to migrate it during this development cycle, but it could change depending on the priorities
my suggestion is to hold on to this until we have some movement in ironic upstream
