Add a section in metal3-docs (if needed) "Custom Resources" under "Cluster-api-provider-metal3" for documentation regarding the custom resources in Cluster API provider Metal3. Under this section, create a page for Metal3Cluster.
Add the information from this page to it. Feel free to update and improve if you find things that could be fixed.
