Add SCNetworkService: Failed to execute:: on configuration provider. Detailed exception: Unable to connect to network service. Please check the connection string and network connection. Execute Microsoft.SystemCenter.NetworkService:: OpenDeviceCo on the configuration provider 3e2875a7-5831-4fb2-b388-1672e1c20fe

why???

For me, the Network Controller service hadn't started properly as the NC-VM0x computer objects didn't have the 'validated write to service principal name' permission on each other. Had to add the computer objects to a group, give that group the permission on all of the NC VMs to write the SPN, then reboot each NC VM.

Once you can authenticate to and load the API successfully in a browser ( eg. https://multinodenc.sdnaurora.com/Networking/v1/accessControlLists/ ) you should be able to add it.
