⚠️ Problem

Question from the field:

Can we run Export pipelines on EA level also?? or billing account level? Till now I was guiding customers to run it at subscription level..covering all subscriptions in their EA. However cx checked..and they were able to follow the process from EA level. Pls confirm.

Answer:

I would always recommend customers use EA billing account or MCA billing profile exports as this gives you the most complete dataset. Subscription exports do not give you prices, purchases, or commitment discount savings.
