Markdown preview is broken on Linux arm64

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• VS Code Version: 1.82.0
• OS Version: Debian bookworm Linux arm64 5.10.0-20-arm64

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a .md markdown file
2. Click "Open preview"

The preview tab is blank and this error is diplayed:
Error loading webview: Error: Could not register service worker: InvalidStateError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker: The document is in an invalid state..

Tested on macOS 13.4.1 and Windows 10 and it appears to be working fine on both

Does a restart of VS Code fix it? There have been occasional previous similar reports, and a restart has typically solved them.

Yes!
Closing VSCode was not enough, rebooted my whole machine and now it is working as intended.
Very minor issue if it is fixed by just a reboot, I think this can be safely closed

Anecdotal data point, but I also observed this on x86 with latest MacOS. Restarting VS Code did not correct, but restarting the OS did. Hopefully helpful for someone else.
