[Design] Add a "task" config group #54

Might be a good idea to add a "task" config group so that users can customize which functions are used for training / evaluation.

The lightning-hydra-template has something like this, although there is only a "train" and "evaluate" task, IIRC.

(will fill this in later with more ideas)
