We should figure out a standard policy for this -- Luke, Ozz and I were added as we were part of the team managing the initial donation.
Ideally, we'd manage most of our repo settings and the like through tools that could use GitHub Actions identities, but Rado was just debugging some issues with our WinGet publishing.

This is needed so I can manage the repo/org configuration but also to spread the load for managing this.
