[refactor] NoteCreateServiceの整理

Summary

NoteCreateService.create()から始まる諸処理を整理し、

• 処理速度の改善
• DBアクセスの削減
• 単純に可読性の向上

…を図れないかを検討します。

Purpose

結果次第ではノート投稿時のパフォーマンスが上がるかもしれない
