大きくなったクラスの機能を分割してconcernsに入れる #595

SakeモデルやSakeコントローラは、クラスが大きくなってきて見通しが悪い。Rubocopにも怒られる。
機能を分割してconcernsフォルダに入れるといい。
（実はelasticsearch使ってた時はconcernsに機能分割してた）
