Produce something like this:
https://github.com/accessible-ui/modal#usemodal

  • Once an update is available it updates the updateAvailable hook value
  • App has access to update and delay methods
  • App has access to lastPromptTime
  • App handles logic to prompt user
  • User response triggers either method
  • Update restarts device
  • Delay sets latPromptTime to now
