I've deleted and reinstalled the alfred-gif workflow
I've removed and readded the .app in the Accessibility System Settings (after running .setup-gif-search)
When searching with gif ..., neither drag-n-drop with the mouse, nor the arrow keys, correctly select an image from the GIFs that are shown in preview.
macOS 10.15.7
Alfred 4.5.1 [1256]
alfred-gif 0.3.5

I have not had this specific issue, but I did have to go into Alfred Preferences, Features, Universal Actions and turn off the use of right arrow for "show actions" or else I was unable to effectively select an image using my arrow keys. It might be worth seeing if turning that off helps.
