Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. pacman -S $MINGW_PACKAGE_PREFIX-gimp3
  2. launch gimp.exe by double clicking on executable

Expected behavior

no window is shown but gimp one

Actual behavior

I tried this MR and issue is fixed only if win32_debug_console is disabled. currently it's enabled here
