Unchecking "Use default location" in ADT wizard will break PhoneGap project initialization

If Use default location is unchecked, the assets folder will not be populated. 
"Create project from existing source" and "Create project from sample should 
also be investigated".

The ADT "Contents section" is now the 1st page of the ADT wizard. I'll update 
the bug title.
