What dose page_size affect?

Hi

I have a question about the page_size setting. In the config.toml.example file, it states that this setting determines the number of episodes to query with each update. However, I’m having trouble understanding this fully.

If the youtube playlist I subscribe currently has 50 videos, what will happen if I set the page_size to 10? Does it mean I will only be able to download the latest 10 videos?

And what about I set the page_size to 100, after some time, the number of videos in the playlist increases to 105, what will be the outcome? Will I be able to download all 105 videos, or will there be any limitations?
