Generate Local Transactional Geodatabase: fails with "Create Domains & Subtypes" checked

It seems that LTSD_domain_template.gdb may be corrupt.

When "Create Domains & Subtypes" checked ArcGIS does not find the Domain_Template. Adding the GDB to the catalog fails to find any contents in the database, and it shows up as a regular folder. Inspecting the contents in Windows File Explorer does show that it has some contents.

When running Generate Local Transactional Geodatabase I get:

Failed to execute. Parameters are not valid.
ERROR 000732: Template Table Name: Dataset D:\workspace\SSURGO-QA-ArcGIS-Pro/LTSD_domain_template.gdb/Domain_Template > does not exist or is not supported
Failed to execute (CreateTable).

After fix in #15 (d10d65b) the tool works as expected with create domains box unchecked.
