Network Routes is not available

Upon testing, it was found that the Network Routes feature in version 0.29.4 is functioning properly, whereas in version 0.3x.x, there are issues and it cannot be accessed correctly.

@Cikaros can you confirm that you are using 0.33.0? Please run netbird debug for 5m -AS in those affected peers and share the output file with us please, it will help get some insight about your described issue.
Would you also be able to share screnshots of a route you defined and the associated Access Control Groups, if any?
