The rpm in the netbird yum repository should be signed

Currently as seen here https://docs.netbird.io/how-to/installation the rpms are not signed (gpgcheck=0) while the repo metadata is signed (repo_gpgcheck=1). It is good practice to have both signed

Package should be signed. Because in corporate environment it is frowned upon to install rpm that are not signed
