netbox_utils: Failed to establish connection to Netbox API

netbox_utils module stopped working with the error message: "Failed to establish connection to Netbox API"

I wrote the ansible playbook where I want to put new device to NetBox

I just made mistake in netbox_url. It should be written with port: netbox_url: http://localhost:8001/
