Since we built this book from the template, we should remove the unnecessary static file and other left overs from the template.

@iamzoltan There are a couple of folders ("Art," "Bonus_BonusContent," and "Module_WrapUps") that contain old content, but we don't use it in the course (they don't appear on the website).
Maybe we can remove the folders' content and leave them empty?
