I was hoping to be able to do a major overhaul of the code for version 1.0, but due to lack of time, this will have to wait.
So it is just an update with some new features, mainly regarding chemical reactions in lennardjones.c, domain shapes in rde.c, and types of index of refraction in wave_billiard.c.
Constants have been updated in some old programs for compatibility.
