Check lcd update event triger flags

Check if the LCD update event contains checking flags from the timer (LCD refresh period timer) and buffer (information that buffer content has changed and update is required).
Next, reorganize the library so that if the LCD refresh timer flag is not used It will be automatically skipped and only the buffer flag will be considered.
