Failing to install fresh NixOS-WSL [2311.5.3] Timely Tapir on WSL2 2.1.5.0 #451

After downloading https://github.com/nix-community/NixOS-WSL/releases/download/2311.5.3/nixos-wsl.tar.gz, opening a CMD and trying to install NixOs for the first time, I get this:
wsl --list shows that it is registered and I can see the install from Windows Explorer as a Linux partition. I have a previous Ubuntu install that works fine and sees all Windows-drives:

It seems that WSL can't run Check if you're able to access the recovery shell:
Also check the hash of the tarball you downloaded if you haven't already, just to make sure that there was no file corruption |
