We would need a volunteer that would take the training, report back and then spend the rest of the 6 months spending some time implementing the feedbacks / work to progress the work being done by @RafaelGSS and @UlisesGascon. The budget for this is 10k.
I propose the individual will get the majority of the funds, minus the processing/management fees.
We would need to enable GitHub Sponsors (#1553) to get those funds.
I hope OpenJS (cc @rginn) could help with the disbursement.
