Inaccurate budget reminder

When budget for a category is 0, and contains event that has expense > 0, the view feature will show a reminder that the expense has exceeded the budget. I felt that it could maybe be worded better since there is no budget set for the specific category, as no budget set could mean the budget is limitless, and hence it would not exceed

As indicated in the user guide, if the budget is not provided in the input, the budget is set to 0 by default
