Current Behavior

NZBGet wrongly decodes names of downloaded files when they are part of a collection.

Expected Behavior

NZBGet must decode the names of downloaded files correctly.

Another issue that has come up with a single file nzb such as a movie. I've had times where the actual filename is randomized but the suffix is .lnk like a Windows shortcut. I've had a 50/50 chance that I can replace the randomized name with the name of the nzb and then change the .lnk to .mkv with some success. I can't offer up much more than this other than a nzb file the next time I see this.
