Join forces with the other dicewars projects

I actually never finished mine, it still needs some good love, but it'd be awesome to actually build a good OS game :)

I might continue development of this one, it'd be ofc OS all the way. I started it mostly to hone my React knowledge, I'm much much better at it now, so a revision would be due.

I just hate to see several half-baked efforts going on rather than have all of us work together on a great implementation.
