From the ircd perspective, there is nothing we can do. Network desynchronization can result from rejecting a s2s mode change (like services adding to the b/e/I/q lists) due to full lists. The only thing we can do is have services limit how many entries you can create. You'll still be able to exceed the list length limits, but at least you'll be limited in how far you can exceed them.

Ah, okay, I did not think about possible larger problems that could be caused by fixing the minor issue. Thank you for the explanation. :)
