Short description and the goals for the OHBM BrainHack
The Neuroimaging zombies projects aims at providing guidelines on how to test whether an effect from the literature is replicable (more than reproducible), and how to prevent our own results to turn into irreplicable effects.
We propose to work on our 3 axes:
preprocess a public dataset with your favourite tool and upload the results to GIN
work on reference Quality Control
work on the reference pipelines for some well established neuroimaging results

@EliDillies many thanks for submitting this project for the 2024 Brainhack!
As you have indicated the project will also be made available in a hybrid format, we encourage recording a short project pitch to be made available to online participants. (we can provide a link to the recorded pitch on the brainhack website)
@EliDillies do you focus on MRI/fMRI, or you plan to include EEG/MEG as well? (as I understood this will depend on participants' choice)
The project mainly focuses on MRI/fMRI data for now @danieltomasz However, if you feel this project is relevant to EEG/MEG data as well, you are very welcome to get involved and extend it!
