Documentation for Tools used by oneleif

As an open source project it would probably be good to keep everyone in the loop by providing the list and information about the tools we use. This can be tools used directly in the app (in the package.json), used for testing, or even used for our CI/CD. We should be telling them a brief summary of what it is, why we use it, maybe even an example of how we use it and useful links to the resource itself.
