Add check to Sign up/Login screen to prevent logged in user from returning to view

Even though the dynamic link has changed on the toolbar from sign up to the user icon, users can still reach the /sign-up and /login paths. Will need to have a check on initial load of views to check the UserProvider Context to make sure there is no current user logged in and prevent going to the view if so
