This file was for 2000-2012 (#5 reported that its layout changed in 2016). It should be noted that files with prefix "ERStat" were UNcertified precinct-level results. The Department of State's website hosts county-level results that it has certified.

P.S. ERStat_readmep.txt and ERStat_readme.txt should be moved to openelections-sources-pa.
