In this file, Governor and U.S. Senate candidates have vote discrepancies in the following precincts when compared to the source file.

@rootsmusic same issue here as Juniata - not finding the discrepancies.

My validation sources are:

  1. The County's Precinct Report (printed during canvassing of absentee votes).
  2. The State's uncertified precinct-level results (7/26/2019).
  3. The State's certified county-level results.

Source 1 seems to be uncertified by the County. At county-level for Governor and Senate candidates, source 3 validates source 2 but not source 1. The county-level vote discrepancies (source 3 minus source 1) are tabulated below, and notice that they match the Grand Total row in this issue's first table.
