In statewide precinct file, Delaware County precincts have one row for each vote method #82

Ok, yeah, the county file has these, too. We'll clean things up. UPDATE: this is a mess, and it's not totally clear that we can clear things up without some context from DelCo. |
I live in DelCo and have been looking at this (messy) county election data. Can I help track down info from DelCo elections folks? |

I don't know if the elections office is open, but they have been almost singularly unresponsive to my attempts to contact them. basically, we're looking for an explanation of what this file represents: Or, if they have a published report that includes the same information but with better labels/documentation, that would be great, too. |

Strangely, all vote methods are in a single row for the Delaware County county file, but in the statewide file here are some example county and precinct columns:
Each row has only one vote method counted.
