Generated files are owned by root:root

Since the latest version, debfcbd, generated files are now owned by root, if you follow the instructions in the README.

Previous versions of the project did not caused the issue?
This might be caused by the Docker image. Maybe @voidtek has more info?
I could reproduce the issue on a Linux host but not on an OSX host.

In previous versions this was not the case, no.
It is the new command that uses dockered php for the install, instead of the local composer/php.

The solution would be either to automatically set the file owner, or to add instructions to do this manually.
