npm version outdated?

Hi,

First of all, thanks for your work! Nice openmusic components ;-)

While trying to setup openmusic-sample-player (without success) and tracing the error I've found that sample-player installs a version of dcbias without the bufferSource check in the stop method, so it fails.

Maybe is npm of dcbias outdated from this repo?
